JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i)For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondents to appoint the petitioner upon the post of Anganbari Sevika upon which she was selected in the proceeding of meeting in Aam Sabha but in connivance with lady Supervisor a collusive report regarding mapping area was submitted only to deprive the petitioner for selection upon the said post and proceeding of Aam Sabha has kept in abeyance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4685 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 ii) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to respondent to dispose off the Appeal which has been filed by petitioner before the Collector, Shekhpura and is pending since long time."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
