It is admitted at the bar that the respondent No. 8 has handed over charge of the post of Incharge Headmaster of Narayan Sarvodya Uchtar Madhaymik Vidyalaya, Sadaua, Block-Barauli, District-Gopalganj to the petitioner. However, the only rub is that the financial charge has not been handed

Patna High Court CWJC No.5255 of 2019(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 over to the petitioner.

Considering the limited issue involved in the present writ petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 8 to hand over the financial charge to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This order has been passed in presence of the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 8.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
