The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the court below the informant has appeared after service of notice and he has stated before the court below by way of affidavit that his son has been recovered and he has no grievance against the petitioner.
