Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution had taken money from the petitioners for sending them to gulf countries and on being asked to return the money, this occurrence took place.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28841 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Considering the genesis of the occurrence, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
