The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnea Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 376, 379, 420, 306, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence, another case has been registered against the petitioner at Delhi in which he is apprehending his arrest and interim protection has been given to the petitioner in the case, registered at Delhi and has to be listed on 17th of August, 2015.
So far as the present case is concerned, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that no particular
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30115 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 role has been assigned to him with regard to scuffle between the informant and the family of the petitioners, let the petitioner, in the event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
