The petitioner seeks bail in Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 69 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged that brother of informant received call on his mobile phone stating that Ranjeet Don is speaking and told the brother of the informant to talk to Bala Mishra and make demand of Rs. 5 lacs as ransom from the brother of the informant. It is further alleged that thereafter again brother of informant received call on his mobile phone from another mobile stating that Bala Mishra is speaking and told that Rohit Bhaiya (petitioner ) has demanded Rs. 5 lacs as ransom to which brother of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19655 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 informant said that he is outside and he would talk to him later. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He was in judicial custody since 9.3.2017 in connection with Ladaniya P.S. case no. 163 of 2015 and therefore he was not involved in the present occurrence.
The petitioner is in custody, in the instant case since 6.10.2017 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P. S. Case No. 69 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
