The petitioner is the husband of sister-in-law (Nanad) apprehends his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 397 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 408, 420, 307, 354, 109 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no concern with any family affair of in-law's house as he resides at Delhi with his family. It is further submitted that only because of grudge, whole family has been roped in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30192 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 397 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
