The petitioner seeks bail in Pothia P.S. Case No. 10/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. During course of investigation, police arrested the petitioner and forcibly recorded his confessional statement. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2018.
