2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arrah (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is in jail since 30.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22814 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Arrah) in connection with Arrah (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
