Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 28.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 50146 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 23.03.2022
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19860 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Considering the fact that charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021, subject to the condition that in the event, if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is trying to delay the trial then in that event after recording reasons the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
