The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was the president of Bhulo PACS and it is alleged that the petitioner and the secretary of Bhulo Panchayat illegally misappropriated the amount of the farmers. It is submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place in the year 2011-12, but the complaint petition was filed in the year 2013 on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21181 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
