Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of FIR named accused Nitish Kumar and in the confessional statement of Nitish Kumar, name of the petitioner and co-accused Jauny Kumar surfaced. Petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deepnagar Police Station Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the condition that the
