The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.71 of 2015, a case under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. He is in custody since 28.06.2017. The husband of the victim is already in custody.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
