Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 2500 of 2018 arising out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is stealing of motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused and except that confession there is no incriminating material against petitioner. He is in custody since 02.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
