The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 328/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is uncle of the informant. He has raised suspicion against this petitioner in the written report. It is alleged in the written report that wife of informant had gone in the room of his father. He did not speak anything. The foam was coming from his mouth. The informant took his father to hospital where he was declared dead. The informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner who is his uncle of giving poison to his father.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 vide S.Tr. No. 754 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
