The petitioners, in the present case, are seeking regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333 and 451 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the allegation against these two petitioners are concerned, it is alleged that they had been among the five persons who had indulged in the assault committed upon the informant. Learned counsel submits that a perusal of the injury report would show that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51759 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 the injuries are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the investigation of the case has already been completed and a chargesheet has been filed. It is also submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
