The petitioner seeks bail in Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020 CRI No. 2052 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons committed murder of the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is cousin brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and he is separate in mess and property. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused Md. Hajrat has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29496 of 2021. Petitioner is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.
