Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appellate forum for grant of appropriate relief (s).
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If such an appeal is filed on behalf of the petitioner within fifteen days from today with a certified copy of the present order, then it is expected that the appeal so preferred by the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
