The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against all the three petitioners is causing injury to Bachchu Rajbanshi by sharp cutting weapon on his forehead. The injury is simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.06.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51628 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2012.
