Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that 51 liters of mahua wine was recovered from motorcycle Reg. No. BR 44D3999. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the motorcycle.
