The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018, arising out of Mulriganj, P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, registered under Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Accusation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was apprehended having two kg of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 3 persons were going on the motorcycle and the petitioner was in his possession of bag having small quantity of ganja. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and as the charge-sheet has already been

No.48918 of 2018(2) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 submitted, the petitioner, namely Manoj Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Madhepura, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018, arising out of Murliganj, P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018.
