JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.143 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 447, 506, 379, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28580 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/3 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, namely, Ravi Kumar has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 1, namely, Ravi Kumar is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5, namely, Ranjan Kumar, Gautam Kumar, Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Kumar Yadav and Yogendra Rai @ Yogendra Prasad are concerned, it is submitted that because of the land dispute, this occurrence has taken place and injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5, namely, Ranjan Kumar, Gautam Kumar, Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Kumar Yadav and Yogendra Rai @ Yogendra Prasad is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5, namely, Ranjan Kumar, Gautam Kumar, Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Kumar Yadav and Yogendra Rai @ Yogendra Prasad, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
