The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For quashing the result published by the Chairman, Central Selection Board Constable Recruitment Computer Building.
Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Patna as contained in Annexure-9, by which 11464 candidates have been selected for appointment to the post of Constable against the Advertisement NO. 01/2014.
(ii) Also for directing the respondents to not give effect to the result published by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12113 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/3 Chairman, Central Selection Board Constable Recruitment Computer Building, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Patna as contained in Annexure- 9, by which 11464 candidates have been selected for appointment to the post of Constable.
(iii) Also for direction to enquire into the matter about the bungling and irregularity committed in process of selection of constable against Advertisement no. 01/2014 specially on the point of no persons in the category of Scheduled Castes Women 35% reservation, Extremely Backward Class Women, Backward Class Women of 3 % reservation and general category women under 35 % reservation of home guards who were not declared successful in the P.T. examination despite that the result published by Chairman, Central Selection Board Constable Recruitment Computer Building.
Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg. Patna in daily newspaper Dainik Jagran on 23.06.2015 as contained in Annexure-, 639 Scheduled Castes, 347 Scheduled Castes Women 35 % reservation, 45 Scheduled Tribes 12, Scheduled Tribes Women under 35% reservation. 707 Extremely Backward Class, 349 Extremely Backward Class Women under the quota of 35% reservation, 392 backward Class, 227 backward class women 35%
Patna High Court CWJC No.12113 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 3/3 reservation, 220 backward class women under quota of 3% reservation, 1005 general category women under 35% reservation., Total 11464 have been shown successful in the final result published for appointment against the advertisement no. 01/2014 as contained in Annexure-9.
(iv) And also on the point as to why name of the petitioner has not been included among the successful candidates specially the petitioner has declared successful in P.T. examination and the petitioner is M.A.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board Constable Recruitment has submitted that the petitioner has failed to secure the cut-off marks in her category, hence the present petition is devoid of any merit. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off. 4.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
