2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by learned ACJM-XV, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 5388 of 2016.

3. The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner has taken Rs. 2,00,000/- from the informant and when the informant asked to return the same, the petitioner refused to return the amount in question.

4. Upon perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the same.
