The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 379, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioner entered into the court of the complainant, assaulted the labourers and stopped the construction work. On protest being made then petitioner Braj Bhushan Singh pointed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31520 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 pistol and demanded Rs. One lakh as extortion. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 13.04.2015 the compliant was filed on 15.04.2015 when the petitioners are agnates of the complainant and in the background of share dispute the accusation has been levelled.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1381C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
