The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with SC & ST (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341,323,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x) of S.C. & S.T. Act. It is alleged that all the petitioners have assaulted the informant and calling him by his caste name.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs/10,000/- (Ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection
