The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 254 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-406, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner had worked as Headmaster in the school, in question for which, he had not been paid his dues and when, dues was asked for by the petitioner, an altercation took place and the present allegation has been made against him so as to escape the payment of the wages to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is also delay in lodging the present FIR, which goes to show that the entire allegation is merely an afterthought.
