2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhauliya P.S. Case No. 691 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 303(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS Act.
3. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries alleged to have been caused to the victim are simple in nature.
4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Manjhauliya P.S. Case No. 691 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
