The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that the husband of the informant and her son went to field then Parmeshwar Yadav, Nandu Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Munshi Yadav (non-petitioners) and the petitioner made indiscriminate firing on the husband of the informant, who succumbed to the injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32862 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 petitioner that since the petitioner is inimical terms from before with the informant side as the son of the informant was earlier killed by co-accused Narayan Yadav and others, hence, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
