JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 While it is the submission of Mr. Gauri Shankar Thakur learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instructions to press the writ petition, Dr. Anand Kumar appearing for the Corporation invites the attention of this Court to an order passed by a coordinate bench in C.W.J.C No. 7287 of 2014 to submit that a learned Single Judge after taking note of earlier orders passed on the issue has held that since the Corporation is in crisis, no direction can be issue for appointment on compassionate grounds. Be it noted that the petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground.
