3. The writ petition was filed on public interest requiring an inquiry to be conducted by a committee into the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6491 of 2019 dt.13-02-2024 2/2 road construction between Gangati to Narawat Villages and Upthu to Piar Villages under Pradhanmantri Sadak Yojana by the Rural Works Department Neemchak Bathani in Atari Block, District- Gaya.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that an inquiry was conducted and it was found that there is no defect in the construction work carried out. Paragraphs 9 and 11 of the counter affidavit is specifically referred to.
