The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Block Development Officer, Ghoshi bearing memo No.1254 dated 23.12.2015 whereby he has been directed to return the amounts advanced to him for construction of Anganbari Centers together with interest.

Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of this Court to the reply filed by the petitioner at Annexure-8 before

Patna High Court CWJC No.846 of 2016 dt.14-08-2018 the Block Development Officer, Ghoshi and to submit that the constructions have been carried out at the place in question under the Schemes in question and which requires to be accounted for before a decision is taken as to return of the amounts advanced. Having heard Mr. Roy and considering the detailed representation of the petitioner filed in response to the direction of the Block Development Officer, Ghoshi impugned at Annexure-1, I deem it proper to direct the Block Development Officer, Ghoshi to consider the representation of the petitioner enclosed at Annexure-8 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 3 months on receipt production of a copy of the order.
