Petitioner seeks bail in Tandwa P.S. Case No.49 of 2008 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 427, 379, 380 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has come during investigation in confessional statement in para 68 and 71 of the supplementary case diary, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 24.02.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55600 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.49 of 2008, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
