The writ petition was filed for commanding the respondents to release the Last Pay Certificate and the service book of the petitioner.

Mr. Upendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in reference to the statement made in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit submits that the submissions would confirm that the Block Development Officer Hajipur has sent the service book of the petitioner to the Block Development Officer, Chougai in the district of Buxar where the petitioner is presently posted. He thus prays for disposal of the writ petition in the light of the submission so made, which is accordingly disposed of. (Jyoti Saran, J) SKPathak/- U
