The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 01/2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution report, one country made pistol has been recovered from the waist of the petitioner. Police also seized bolero vehicle bearing registration no. JH03B-3522. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 02.01.2022, charge-sheet has been submitted. There is no likelihood of tampering with the evidence.
The learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

No.19429 of 2022(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2022, is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 1/2022, subject to following condition:
(i) one of the surety shall be either father or mother or sister or brother or wife or the person who sworn the affidavit in bail application.
(ii) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and shall remain present on all dates and absence for two consecutive dates would be a ground for cancellation of bail by the learned trial court itself.
