P.C. has been filed against the order dated 4.3.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bhagalpur in Misc. (Maintenance) case no. 95 of 2015 by which the learned Principal Judge has directed payment of ad interim maintenance amount of Rs. 1500/- each in total Rs. 3000/- per month to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 besides the maintenance which was being paid by the petitioner in compliance of the order of this Hon'ble High Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7497 of 2015 dated 26.2.2015 Therefore, this Court finds from perusal of impugned order that no final order has been passed by the learned Court below. The Court below has only passed order for ad-interim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16128 of 2016(2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 maintenance which was to be paid by the petitioner to opposite parties during the pendency of the application. Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 4.3.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bhagalpur in Misc. (Maintenance) case no. 95 of 2015.
This Cr. Misc. petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur is directed to make effort to pass final order in Maintenance case as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
