No.13609 of 2012 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.13609 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffer of Bihar State Legal Service Authority, Patna within two weeks from today.
