The petitioner seeks bail in Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 51/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has been remanded in the present case from Natwar P.S. Case No. 42/2018, which was instituted for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
