The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 dated 02.01.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

While the nephew of the informant was urinating over a disputed plot of land, an occurrence is said to have taken place in which the petitioners are alleged to have participated.

The injuries suffered by the victim are stated to be simple in nature.

No.17789 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and their clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
