Mr. SRI RAJEEV NAYAN ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No. 76 of 2017(S.T. No.545 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was recorded on the basis of fardbeyan of Satyendra Kumar Paswan that on 20.04.2017 at about 2-45 P.M. a dead body was found in three bags at three different places. Thereafter, police was informed and when police opened the bags, found dead body of a woman cut into pieces and some of the pieces were thrown there.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has committed no offence. She has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the daughter of the deceased. There is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61012 of 2017(3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 no eye witness to the occurrence. She has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is no incriminating material against the petitioner. She is in judicial custody since 23.04.2017. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail vide order dated 10.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. no. 59089 of 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-XII, Patna, District, Patna, in connection with S.T. no. 545 of 2017 (Parsa Bazar P. S. Case no. 76 of 2017).
