The present contempt application has been initiated for violation of the order dated 03.07.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4912 of 2015.

The following order was passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4912

Patna High Court MJC No.815 of 2016(3) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 of 2015 on 03.07.2015:- "After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application to enable the petitioner to move before the competent authority which would be available to him under law for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner."

Pursuant to the order dated 03.07.2015, the petitioner filed a representation before the competent authority cum Land Reforms-cum-Deputy Collector, Simri Bakhtiyarpur who in Miscellaneous Case No. 1 of 2015 has passed the order dated 13.03.2016 and disposed of the representation of the petitioner by holding that the matter was not within the jurisdiction of the competent authority.

In view of the order dated 13.03.2016, this contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.03.2016 in accordance with law. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U
