20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 144/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the cousin elder brother of the husband of the deceased and has got no connection with the family of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by making general and omnibus kind of allegations against all the family members of the husband. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51976 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 died on way to hospital and there was a compromise also between the parties. This petitioner surrendered in the court below on 04.05.2018 on his own.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances wherein the petitioner is said to be the cousin elder brother of the husband of the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 144/2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
