The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 160/20 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/379/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has become infructuous as the petitioner No. 1 has been arrested and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No. 2. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

The court below is directed to consider the regular bail of the petitioners without being prejudiced by the fact that their anticipatory bail application has been dismissed by this Court.
