JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual Court proceedings. Vide order dated 25.08.2021, a report was called in this case. In compliance thereof, a report kept at Flag 'X' dated 27.08.2021 has been sent by learned District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah, whereby, it has been submitted that out of five prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have been examined. The last prosecution witness was examined on 15.01.2021 and thereafter rest two witnesses were not produced for their evidence before the court by the prosecution. Now, after resuming of the physical mode functioning of the Court, the prosecution has been directed to produce the witnesses for their examination.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28631 of 2021(4) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The instant bail application is hereby dismissed. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from today.
