This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 27.07.2017, which is still pending before the competent authority at Sheohar, for compassionate appointment of the petitioner as his mother died-in-harness while she was appointed a Panchayat Teacher in the Government Primary

Patna High Court CWJC No.5260 of 2022(4) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 School, Ukani, Ward No. 9, Sheohar.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, this writ application is disposed of direction to the District Compassionate Committee, Sheohar/ competent authority to dispose of the aforesaid application, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of this order.

4. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
