The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 452, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with country-made pistol kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is father and petitioner no. 2 is mother of co-accused Vidhan Kumar, against whom, there is specific accusation of kidnapping. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has not alleged any wrong against these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19010 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1400 of 2022), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
