Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324/511, 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant is the proprietor of M/S Saroj Construction Trading Company which deals in the sale of agricultural equipments. The petitioner purchased a power tiller from the informant but Rs.90,000/- remained due for which one post-dated cheque was issued which got bounced. Subsequently, the money was demanded, then the petitioner assaulted the informant and snatched Rs.3500/- cash and a gold ring worth Rs. 8000/-. The matter was referred to the mediation but it appears from the report of Mediator as Flag-B dated 22.12.2015 that the issue could not be resolved.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36217 of 2015 (5) dt.28-03-2016 Under the circumstances, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
