The petitioner seeks bail in Kartahan P.S. Case No. 23/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2018. He has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51468 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 5th, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 23/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
