The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.347 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of the son of the informant along with other co-accused person.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that there is no eye-witness to the present occurrence. It is submitted that there was no dispute in between the parties before the the present occurrence. It is submitted that it appears from perusal of seizure list that the alleged vehicle/Auto bearing registration No. BR30PA-6463 belongs to the deceased. It is also submitted that the from perusal of injury report it appears that doctor has found on one injury which was crush injury over lower jaw and neck with blood and blood clot duly caused by heavy blunt object. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as it appears from perusal of injury report no injuries were found by the doctor as stated in the FIR and it also appears from perusal of seizure list that the police have seized the damaged vehicle of the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.347 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
