The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014 registered under Sections 188, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that informant is A.S.I was on duty at Balathari check post, a truck was started fleeing without checking from the check post. On chase, the truck was caught near Raju Line Hotel. The owner of Raju Line Hotel, i.e. petitioner started hurling abuses to the informant and got freed the truck. Having regard to the nature of allegation, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golanganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.133 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
